NIDEX Ltd. was founded in 1998.
The company is located on a 20 000 m² site.
Built-up areas – production, warehouses, development, and administration – 7 000 m².
The main field of operation of the company is :
* Production of extruded rigid PVC profiles.
* Production of extruded soft PVC and TPE profiles.
* Injection moulded plastic products.
* Custom-made plastic products.
Production facilities:
Production Unit :
* Eight extrusion lines for the production of rigid PVC profiles;
* Seven extrusion lines for the production of soft PVC and TPE profiles;
* Seven injection moulding machines for the production of plastic products.
Workshop for tools production:
* Diverse machine park for tools production including wire and sinking erosion for the production of injection moulds, calibrators, perforators, etc.
Repair and mechanical unit and Control-measuring devices and automation Unit :
* Highly skilled personnel equipped to maintain the machinery and equipment. Capabilities to create process equipment.
Another production activity of the enterprise is the creation of a new product upon the customer’s assignment. Such products are hard PVC profiles, soft PVC and TPE profiles, and injection moulded products. This activity of NIDEX is developing with great success thanks to the highly qualified engineering and design department and modern machinery for the production of tooling – injection moulds, nozzle calibrators, dies, etc.
In terms of quality control, the company has implemented ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001 quality management systems, which are being continuously observed and developed.
NIDEX Ltd. sells its products on both – the domestic and international markets.
